This is an incredible spin on the so delicious chocolate pudding cups you get from the store, WITHOUT the added sugar, dairy free, no preservative and artificial ingredients. You will find this Chocolate Pudding to be pure, natural and satisfying. One of the main benefits of healthy treats like this one is that it doesn’t make you eat more and more of it. You will feel satiated and satisfied with one serving and move on to go about your day without cravings. The added nuts express so much flavor and richness to the creaminess of the avocado and the sweetness of the banana!

Prep and cook time: 5 min
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, pealed and chopped
- 1 ripe avocado, pealed and pitted
- 1/2 cup raw walnuts
- 3 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsp PB
- 1 tsp hazelnut extract (or vanilla)
Directions: Add all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth mixture. Serve in 4 small cups, keep refrigerated.
