A week ago we were blessed with our 4th baby boy, Ivan Manuel, who is an absolute angel. We are so grateful for his health and wonderful disposition and we adore him.
As I am taking it easy in my first few weeks of postpartum, I am also still very emotional and hard on myself at times. Going back to my pre-pregnancy weight is not going to be easy and I still have to wait a while before I am ready to workout and really focus on my transformational journey again!
So I decided to start a 7 DAY WALKING CHALLENGE. I love walking, especially early in the morning. It provides such a mental relief. It really puts things in prospective. And it is a wonderful, low impact activity that gets the blood flowing and metabolism surging.
Since walking can be such a great time to reflect on life and clear your mind, I’d like to invite YOU to do the 7 Day Walking Challenge with me. It’s not about how fast we walk or how far we go, but rather, focusing on breathing and clearing our heads of the daily clutter and emotions so that we can find balance and stability. I love listening to motivational and spiritual podcasts, which further helps setting up my mindset. Affirmations can do such miracles for our mental and emotional health as well!
And because NUTRITION is so incredibly important to me, I’d like to combine this 7 Day Walking Challenge with CLEAN EATING!
I know for me, the more I keep accountable with my nutrition and health goals, the more I share them with others, the better I do with them. And let’s face it, the summer is really hard to keep up with any nutrition plan with all the vacations, long weekends, weddings and parties we get to enjoy! We splurge and indulge and we deserve it, right? But this 7 Day Walking & Clean Eating Challenge will help us get back on track and feeling better and recharged! Some of us may even lose a few lbs!
