I am one to always look for ways to workout my abdominal wall! I am a mama of 4 so the belly has seen better days for sure! Ever since my 2nd baby boy was born, I committed to doing 10 min of ab workouts every day! Yes, you heard me right, working these muscles out every day is the best way to keep them in shape.
The professional are saying that you need to give the abs 24 hours break so that they can rebuild and form stronger and more agile. Which is great because doing 10 min abs at the same time every day gives you that break, teaches you discipline and consistency, and that consistency will get you the tone and definition you want to see and feel.
There is no right or wrong ab workout. Pick the workout that you enjoy and go to town with it.
When I first started, I did 10 min fix for abs (from the 21 day fix) for 40 days straight and saw incredible results. I never got bored with it, I memorized it by heart so I was doing it anywhere, anytime. After a while the burn will subside, which is exactly when I know to push harder and ad more intensity to the moves.
Now, 2 MORE kids later, I do 10 min daily but I change it up a bit!

If you have 5 min, you’ve got it. You have 5 min ab focused workouts available! If you have 7 min, same thing! The duration varies from 5 to 30 min. You can do one of these workouts in conjunction with your daily workout, or the ab workout can be your activity for the day (just make sure to warm up before hand).
My suggestion would be that you are mindful of your level of fitness. If you are a beginner, look for that level of ab workout. Do a few for a week or three, and then start experimenting with the other levels listed as well. The goal is to get you HOOKED ON THIS STUFF!!! And if you pick a workout that is above your level, you may get discouraged and quit!!! Another goal is to NEVER QUIT!!!
