I always look for easy to make, fast and healthy sweets and this ENERGY BALL recipe is incredible! The balls are so sweet and decadent, it’s almost like eating chocolate truffle without all the processed sugar and calories! I keep them in the fridge and take a few daily to share with the kids as a desert and sweet snack! Couple of bites and you feel full …. just like how an awesome desert should be! And did I say …. these were so easy and fast to make?!

Makes 22 balls
INGREDIENTS ( you can substitute and add anything and everything)!
8 pitted dates
2 tbsp PB
1/3 cup dark chocolate
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup whole hazelnuts (or any other nut you have on hand)
2 tsp coconut flakes
2 whole grain graham crackers
DIRECTION
1. In the food processor, add dates and process until they turn into paste.
2. Add dark chocolate, and cranberries and spin some more until those get processed.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend well.
4. With a spoon, scoop some of the newly formed paste and make in 1 inch ball.
5. Place in tupperware and keep in fridge balls that haven’t been consumed!
