I’ve been wanting to try the 3 Day Refresh as soon as it came out last summer, but I was pregnant at that time. Then Thanksgiving and Christmas came and I REALLY NEEDED A CLEANSE, but ….. still pregnant! Finally, almost a year after I’ve been seeing these amazing results people have been having with it, I GET TO TRY IT TOO!
3 Day Refresh is a simple, straightforward program that will help cleanse your body and improve the way you feel— without starving yourself. Unlike juice cleanses or liquid fasts which tend to be high in sugar and low in protein, this easy-to-follow program helps support your metabolism while nourishing your vital organs. - 3 shakes a day

I feel AMAZING after doing the cleanse. I lost 3.6 lbs and 6 inches all around! I am especially happy with the 2 inches lost around my belly!! So I got a flatter belly, I feel a new surge of energy and enthusiasm about life! I am ready to conquer my WORKOUTS (and to get serious about them)! I also noticed sleeping better and deeper. Most importantly I was meat, fish, and dairy free for 3 days and I can feel the difference!
A FEW TIPS I GATHERED WHILE DOING THE REFRESH:
- Always BLEND all of your shakes with ice and water, especially if you are new to shakes (rather than just shaking the powder with water).
- Mix your mid morning Fiber sweep in an 8 ounce glass and CHUG IT! Use between 10 to 30 seconds to get it all down, otherwise the fiber thickens and the textures becomes like baby food (you would have to spoon it and it is not tasty at all)! JUST MIX AND CHUG! It will do amazing things for your body.
- Drink your shakes plain rather than adding fruit or healthy fats. That way you extend the food allowed during your day and have the fruits and healthy fats separate as part of your snack.
- If you know you are going to have a long evening/night, make sure to space out your afternoon and evening meals and options to keep yourself nourished the whole time. If you can, I do recommend going to bed EARLY!
- It’s okay to eat the same veggie dinner all 3 evenings. I found that the spinach salad was the most filling for me! No surprise here considering raw veggies have tons of fiber and get you full quickly!
