Can I benefit from 30-minute daily workouts?
As a busy mom of three little boys, entrepreneur, wife and homemaker, I know perfectly well every minute of my day is precious. 30 minutes of daily workouts seem like a lot of time to dedicate to something so insignificant. All the responsibilities I have are waiting for me and no one else! My job literally never ends. If you are like me, you notice that by being so preoccupied, you find yourself not having time for cooking at all, let alone planning, organizing and preparing a healthy meal. You skip a meal hear or there, or forget to drink water on regular basis! You give into the daily cravings of take-outs, sweets and snacks. You feel exhausted and frustrated, unhappy with your physical appearance and emotional state. You continue to wait for the moment when it will all get better, just to realize that life is not slowing down, but rather picking up! Within this worldwind, there seems to be absolutely no time for mommy!
I never thought it possible, but I found a way to get back to my normal life with this one small daily change I implemented. Here are the 13 benefits of adding a 30-minute workouts to your daily life:
- With daily exercising, you boost endorphins and release stress.
- You become more focused and energized.
- Your body gets stronger, leaner, toner and more flexible.
- You feel better in your clothes, which puts you in a happier, more confident mood.
- You become conscious of your nutrition and start making better choices. This translates into better, healthier choices for the whole family.
- Physical discipline becomes part of your life, which boosts up your mental discipline as well.
- You start prioritizing your time, focusing on being productive and doing something that stimulates you both physically and mentally rather than sit and watch TV.
- You set goals and take action into accomplishing them.
- You become a more grounded, stable person.
- Your overall disposition and daily moods improve significantly.
- You find patience even in the most dreadful of situations.
- You start finding time for things you used to love like reconnecting with friends, socializing more often, even volunteering for great causes.
- You provide a great example for your family and friends.
